I write, somewhat belatedly, to tell you what a fantastic job your company did for me when I moved from Sacramento into the Sierra foothills earlier this year.

I had already booked a moving company when I found myself in your store, the Monday before my Thursday move, looking for wrapping items. You did such an excellent selling job on the merits of your company over your competition that I cancelled my other moving company that evening and booked A Better Moving the next day. Being in law school and working, I felt confident that your company would do a fine job without causing me stress.

Needless to say, your crew, Jeff and Greg, turned up on time at my house. They were very considerate of my kitten, making sure not to pack him in the truck! They were also very careful with my pieces of antique furniture. Furthermore, they were cheerful and professional throughout the entire move. I felt my blongings were completely safe with them from beginning to end. Jeff and Greg are gems of employees and I hope they are richly rewared for the good reputation they give to A Better Moving.

I recommend your company to everyone I know who is moving. It seems that many people are not prepared to spend money on their move. I, however, am glad to have done so. You made my move, in the middle of a busy and stressful semester, a pleasant experience...and how many people can say that about moving?!

Today, Bob and John spent seven hours moving heavy, complicated desks and other furniture items between our first and second floor offices here in Rancho Cordova. Bob and John were highly skilled and very careful with our new furniture. They were also very polite and friendly and they made the moving process as stress-free as possible. A Better Moving Company moved my mother, Genevieve Spangler, from Sacramento to San Jose on July 25th, 2002. This move was very difficult for my mother who is 85 years old. She was leaving her home of 45 years. The two men you sent, Shane and John, were a blessing in disguise. The van arrived on time. Both men were very highly organized and did not waste time. Because we had three stops to make, this was very important. They not only treated her belongings with care and respect, but also did everything they could to make the move easier for her. After arriving in San Jose, they placed her boxes in the correct rooms and even moved some pieces of furniture several times.

I really do not know how to say thank you. I will recommend your company and these two men to friends who are moving.

Dear Movers,

Thank you for the best moving experience we have ever had, and we've had more than enough experience moving including 7 major and minor movies in the last 5 years. We've used other local and national firms over the years. None came near to your performance.

Your team, Kyle and Jeff, were wonderful. They were skillful, careful, energetic, and efficient. They were so cheerful throughout that it was a positive pleasure to see them around. Not that our move didn't present them with many problems. We presented them with lots of problems; furniture too big to fit through a door, frail pieces of furniture and irreplaceable antiques, packed boxes galore, and lots of breakables, everything that can make a move difficult. But everything arrived safe and sound (which has never happened to us before) and in the place we wanted it to be.

At the end of the day we felt like shouting for joy because this move was so well done. In all our previous moves we had goods damaged, things misplaced, and were left in in a state of semi-chaos. Not so with your work.

I'm recommending you to all our friend, and I would recommend you to anyone who wants moving to be an efficient, organized, and satisfying experience.
